Good morning everyone,
Today, I am easing into my day with a nice cup of coffee and checking out the "Q". I also am thinking that today is a good day to renew my pledge not to smoke.! So, I pledge not to smoke today and want to say that I am grateful for all the support of my friends at the "Q" and in gayquitters and friends.
I am sending a shout out to our newest members jmg and nard........
It is also great to see Bertram back....
I extend my hand in support of all others who are taking the pledge today!
