Good morning everyone,

Sending a shout out to Bertram and Nate today. Amazing quits!! Keep it going!

As we head into this Easter long weekend, I pledge not to smoke and send out my prayers to everyone who is planning to keep their quits, start a quit, or who are thinking about stopping smoking.

I am sending my peace, love and support to all who pledge today!

Gene, a non smoker heading into this Easter weekend!

Easter long weekend.......hmmm, what to do - what to do? I know......gardening! Wahoo......it's time to start seedlings, I'm growing medium height (2') Sunflowers from seed this year. Double ruffeled with a small seed cone. Maybe next year I'll try geraniums......from seed.

One thing I won't be doing is smoking.......good riddance to that! I never enjoyed smoking, it was the addiction that kept me going back for more, I suspect it is the same for many folk.

Pledging not to smoke, but rather to offer a supportive hand of hope to everyone.........Bertram - Non Smoker.
