Marty! Great to hear form U! Even better knowing your doing well with your Quit.......fantastic! Gene, having a partner that smokes must be difficult on so many levels......I sincerely hope a solution can be found to help him soon. Stay Quit Gene, it's too important not to Keep YOUR Quit!
We have a bird feeder on the go, it was a lot of fun earlier, but now there are flocks of birds! Literally hundreds of them, they fight and yell at each other, I'm thinking it's time to stop for the time being........yikes!
No smoking in my litter corner of the world........I couldn't change now, I like being a non smoker.
Offering a hand of hope to everyone...........Bertram

Good morning Gene, Marty and Bertram! It's great to see you all pledging away today. I'll join you on this beautiful, crisp Salt Lake City morning. Gene, there are two ways you can think about smoking. The insane way or the sane way. Insane is thinking you can have just one, or that you'll pick it back up tomorrow, or that your health isn't yet affected. Try to find the sanity in the addiction with the truths we all know so well. One such truth that I can promise you is that if you stay quit long enough the insane thoughts will pass. For me it was two months of one day at a time before my thoughts became calmer. It was well worth the effort though. If you need a distraction, send me a message on hangouts. You should be able to find me on my G+ profile page: plus.google.com/+NateOlson Three minutes and the craving passes. <3 Big hugs to you all. Nate Day 284, 5,688 cigarettes avoided, $1,706 saved
