Happy Saturday everyone,
It is snowy in Eastern Ontario.....just when we thought spring was on its way, the snow hits again!!!
Sending a shout out to Nate, Bertram, and Marty! Nice to see you guys posting yesterday!
Here is a prayer and pledge that I have adapted from a message that my friend Nancy uses in the Q that I want to share today!
God, thank you for helping me to understand that I am better off living my life as a non-smoker. With your help and support and the support of all my friends, I am pledging that today will be another smoke-free day! And tomorrow, I pray, please grant me one more smoke-free day!
