Sending a shout out to Bertram. Great to see you keeping your quit Bertram. I agree that our health is a precious gift that we need to protect.
Ok, now it is time to join hands and take the Tuesday pledge.
I extend my hand .....
...... and pledge not to smoke today and offer my hand in support of all others who hold the intention in their heart and mind NOT TO SMOKE TODAY!
