Good Morning Peeps!
Gotta love Sundays. The most restfull day of the week. Sending a friend on her way back home today.....a 30 year reunion that was enlightening...very enlightening. We all seem to fall into traps of one kind or another, some traps are huge. Smoking is one of them. Getting out of that trap takes Courage, Endurance, Confidence, Skill, and very importantly.......Support. Reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness......it is a sign of Courage. Accept and ask for all the support you need.
The main ingredient in tobacco is Nicotine. Did you know that the tobacco plant produces Nicotine as a way to protect itself from insects? That's right, Nicotine is a naturally occurring PESTICIDE! pause.........Yep, double checked that one. A smokeable pesticide.......that wasn't advertised by the tobacco giants......was it? Nahhhh.
Pledging to remain pesticide.......er.......tobacco free, I offer both my hands to those who choose to live a long, healthy life.
