Good morning everyone,
We have freezing snow this morning in Eastern Ontario and it is very icy outside! I will have to get on the road early if I hope to make it to the gym on time:)
I hope all of you stay warm and safe today! I am pledging not to smoke and offer my hand in support of others who need support.
