I'm joining in on today's pledge of smobriety. I will not smoke, rather I will offer my hand of support, hope and courage to those who choose to live a life free from the stain of nicotine.

I join both of you with a pledge not to smoke for the rest of the day.
I extend my hand in support to all gayquitters and friends who are working on keeping their quits intact today.
