Happy New Year! It feels good starting 2015 as a non smoker and I plan to keep it that way for the rest of the day. I am hoping that others will join us in our journey this year. Living as a non smoker is so much better!!
So, I pledge not to smoke today and offer my hand in support of all others who join us.
