All too often, for many people unfortunately, the Quit that sticks is the one they decide to start once they are feeling unwell. Perhaps a slight rattle in their breathing, an upset stomach, general malaise.
Quitting now, even if you are thinking it may be too late, helps your mind and body recover from the devastating effects of smoking. As someone who has been diagnosed with severe cardio pulmonary disease, I can attest to the benefit of quitting, and beginning the healing process. Learn to love yourselves. Try to treat your body with the respect it deserves.
Wishing everyone continued success with their Quits.
