5:36 am. Vancouver style morning. Really dark outside, quiet, lots of xmas lights still up. Very nice.
No desire to smoke, none. It's a blessing, a relief after 35 years of off and on smoking. Today is my 8 year anniversary of being "normal".

Proud of my quit, it gives me strength.
Pledging not to return to that life of self inflicted harm, I offer my hand of support, and hope to everyone.
