Good morning everyone,

Well, I am back from vacation and this morning is my first day back at work.

I may be a few pounds heavier but I am proud to say that I am still a non smoker!!!!!!

Please join me in a pledge not to smoke today. I am here offering my hand in support of all others who are making decisions to quit smoking or working on keeping their quits.

Welcome home, guess you'll have to hit the gym soon. Good to hear your half year quit is going strong. Lean on that for strength if you need to.

Hello Gene & Bertram and thank you for your hands of support. I finally had time this morning to play around with this site and activate mysef.
My problem was everytime I visited they asked me for an activation code and I was never getting the email. It wasn't going to my spam folder either.
I inally put in a different email address this morning and got through. Hopefully now I will be a litte more regular here.
Bertram, thanks for the shout out the other day on FB. I don't know where the time goes. Smoking? I never think about it anymore unless I smell it or see it. And I can smell it from a block away. I'm here today to join the pledge and to commit o another day of not smoking. Trying to ive healthy is the best way. My hand is here in support for the next peron that joins.
