Tuesday, its freeeeezing here in Eastern Ontario but I am up and at em and heading off to the gym.

I Pledge not to smoke today and offer my hand in support.

Good morning to everyone......

I have flowers blooming here Gene, my Camellia shrub has 3 lovely large pink/white frilled blooms on it. what a joy! No gym, but I am going gardening. That's not as intensive as a gym can be, but just as satisfying!

Gardening without smoking is also a JOY! I am able to concentrate on my flowers and shrubs, not the darn tobacco.

Pledging to remain True to Myself, I offer a hand of Hope, and Support to everyone.
