Good morning,
I am starting a new quit this morning. Today, I am reminded once again how easily it is to reignite the addicted brain!! I plan not to smoke today to get my quit back on track!
So, I pledge to accept the things I cannot change, have the courage to change the things I can, and exercise the wisdom to know the difference. I can change the decisions I make TODAY.
And today, I pledge not to smoke... minute by minute!

Your struggle is long.....I'm sorry you are having such difficulty. One day at a time.....one minute at a time. I wish you success!
Regarding the QuitNow site. I researched the link you provided. The only information I could find is that the QuitNow site is 'Relaunching', in March. It does not say the clubs will be closed. I have sent messages to the site asking for clarification, but to date have not had a reply.
I'm honoured to join you in today's pledge of smobriety.

P.S.
I tried to use the advertising feature to promote this club. However, I was unable to get it to work. Do you have any suggestions? I know it costs $$, but I am willing to try it to see if we can generate a few new members.
