This morning I am thinking about all my GQ club friends... past and present who have been such a wonderful support for me in my quitting process. I am grateful for having all of you in my life.
I am sending a special shout out to our friend Joe who lead the daily pledge for many years. Joe, I hope all is well with you. Please drop by and say hello!!!
Pledging not to smoke today and offering my hand in support of all others who are holding strong in their intention not to smoke today.
