It is great to see Nate joining us and I am grateful that Bertram and Tim are hanging close to the GQ and keeping their quits.
Ok, now it is time to join hands and take the Tuesday pledge.
I extend my hand .....
...... and pledge not to smoke today and offer my hand in support of all others who hold the intention in their heart and mind NOT TO SMOKE TODAY!
