Good morning Gene

Thanks for your support, we all need support of one kind or another. I am grateful for yours.

Once you have truly kicked the nic, smoking will be nothing more than a bad dream. The smell of smoke will make you cringe, it really does smell awful, we just don't realize it until we are free.

I am grateful for my Quit.........it has brought a sense of stability, reality to my life. Perhaps if I had not quit when I did, I would be hauling an oxygen tank around with me.........I would hate that.
