Good morning everyone,
It is not only Tuesday but also the second day in my new quit. My new friend Nate reminded me once gain that there is NEVER anything that happens to us in life that is solved by having a cigarette!! So true and I have to internalize this fact again.
So, pledging not to smoke today and recoginzing that there is NEVER anything in life, good or bad, that is ever improved for fixed by smoking!!
I offer my hand in support of all others who are kicking the nic, or starting their journey to quit smoking.

I am also saying a prayer for my family members who are coping with the loss of my Aunt!
