Today, I start my day thinking about our friend Bertram who is experiencing serious health challenges. He has already shared with our group that he is struggling with COPD and he was admitted to the hospital this week.
Please join me in sending our love and prayers to Bertram and lets all hold him in our thoughts and prayers today.
I am pledging not to smoke today in honour of our friend Bertram!
