Good morning everyone,
Happy Monday! I begin my day reminding myself that there is NEVER anything that happens to us in life that is solved by having a cigarette!! And smoking is definitely not a social thing to do. IN fact, I can't think of anything that is more anti-social than smoking. Who wants to be around others smelling like an ashtray??
So, pledging not to smoke today and recognizing that there is NEVER anything in life, good or bad, that is ever improved for fixed by smoking!!
I offer my hand in support of all others who are kicking the nic, or starting their journey to quit smoking.
