Good morning.........almost the end of the month.......it's been an adventurous month (or two). Settling into a new routine can be daunting......but it can and needs to be done, no matter what situation we find ourselves in.
Today's absolutely positive pledge not to smoke comes from my heart. I offer both my hand of support hope and guidance to everyone......
